App says 2 days late. Am I pregnant?

I had a miscarriage on 29 June 2020 and have been trying again after the bleeding stopped. I did start feeling light twinges and period like pains that start 2 weeks ago and this week still felt it and ince felt a sharp pain and it was gone. I think it could be implantation cramps but I'm not sure. I felt it with my previous pregnancy before I knew I was pregnant. I have light nausea and sometimes fatigue and hot flashes and also frequent urination. The app says I'm 2 days late wich I think I am. Should I test? I'm so scared and confused.
