Long two days

Yesterday my brother was admitted into the hospital for emergency surgery that took place this morning. He has kidney failure and his dialysis tube wasn’t doing draining the way it should have been. They weren’t sure what was going until they opened him up and it was worse than expected. The surgeon was able to fix the issues and he will be okay now. They told my mom how terrible it looked. His blather was swollen and infected looking. He shouldn’t be peeing on his own, he has no actual function so that was a sign that it was bad and needed to be fixed right away. His blather was absorbing the dialysis liquids he wasn’t putting out. His catheter ended up moving and got pinched by his swollen blather. (None of his organs are really in the right place in the first place, he has multiples of some less of others, like we always say it’s just because he’s James) Yesterday we had no idea if my mom was even going to be able to go with him which is a huge issue considering he is autistic and not mentally an adult. She doesn’t have power of attorney on him yet because he isn’t 26 and it hasn’t been an issue since the plague... after the doctor and surgeon demanded for her to be able to go she was. Surgery was at 8:30 this morning and he got home about 5pm... this very pregnant sister needs some sleep. 😅 thanks for reading we aren’t making this public at the time until his post opt appointment. I needed to vent. Haha. My husband is making us a good dinner and I’m falling asleep till next year. 😂
