Not impressed with my friends comment on my post

So I reposted this photo from a group I’m in on Facebook:

Nothing offensive about it right? Well I have a friend who is very into the body positive movement and she decided to comment saying that “Anyone and everyone’s stomach is pretty damn impressive - regardless of life-growing capabilities (although it’s incredible and super cool) - just want to reiterate that all tummies are valid, and no one needs an excuse not to have six-pack abs 😊”

Nothing on this post suggests that other tummies aren’t “valid”, it’s literally an encouraging posts for moms who don’t have the same stomach anymore since giving birth. I just feel like she missed the whole point of the post, and her comment kind of reminds me of people who comment things like “men are beautiful too!” on posts about women and beauty standards. I have two kids and she doesn’t have any. How would you respond to this??
