Opinions needed please!

My bf and I have a long distance relationship. He was supposed to come see me this weekend. We had this planned 3 weeks in advance. All of the sudden he gets asked to work this weekend and ends up working both Friday and Saturday night and doesn't come. Then I find a picture on Facebook of him grabbing his friend's boob. Apparently this girl has a boyfriend of 7 years and he thinks it was totally okay to be goofing around and grabbing her boob for a picture. We've been dating two months. He feels he is not in the wrong for any of it and told me I was being a "bitch" about it and going "batshit" for no reason. I'm about to break it off. What would you do?
