What do these cramps mean?

All last night, and all day today I’ve had these cramps that feel like period cramps in my back. They are very uncomfortable and have come back multiples times through out the day. What are y’all experience with these? Could this be a sign of labor coming on?

I've been having the same for 2 weeks off and on, however no progress or discharge. Today has been different with them. Had the cramps pretty bad earlier  but just for a short time, now this evening I had diarrhea with the cramps and feel extreme nausea with tons of pressure. I'm 39+1 and scheduled for a repeat c-section August 5. If it turns into anything more I'll update.
*this is my 3rd baby and never labored or even got contractions with either of my boys (1st was breached born via C-section at 40+1 & 2nd scheduled repeat C-section at 39), so it's all new to me*

Probably prodromal labor. I've been having them for 5 weeks and haven't gone into labor. Prepare yourself that they could go on for what feels like forever.

I’ve been having cramps the last week or so also and diarrhea off and on.... still no mucus plug or consistent contractions.... went to my doctors twice and it’s not time. I think it’s just your body way of getting u ready. This is baby #2 for me and last time I was induced so I didn’t experience any of this so it’s all new for me also
