Help?

I found out iam 4 weeks pregnant and since then I’ve been having pain in my lower stomach and cramps everyday but not all day. I have my appointment until the 29th and iam worried what could it be? 
P.s having white discharge too.

Cramps are common in early pregnancy as long as you aren’t bleeding bright red and passing clots you’re fine. Congratulations and I’m wishing a you safe and healthy pregnancy!

i’m having the exact same thing!!! i’m about 4 weeks 4 days and i’ve been having cramping since 6dpo but it’s gotten a little worse since about last tuesday (found out i was pregnant thursday) they now feel like period cramps and are definitely uncomfortable but with period cramps i get them more often with these i get them like once every 4-6 hours or so maybe even longer i don’t keep track
