Painful cramping

Who else is going through strong cramping all night long. Went to the labor and delivery place just told me the they were just really strong Braxton Hicks not even dilated yet. 🤦‍♀️ I’m in so much pain nothing is working.

Update: In labor and delivery right now couldn’t take that pain anymore contractions/ Braxton Hicks were 3 minutes apart and 1 minute of contractions/ Braxton Hicks.
