Yes! Especially shopping for a chair. We bought the crib and dresser in early February before the world flipped upside down but picking a chair was so hard when you couldnt try it out or see the actual color/fabric. We still need a lamp and ottoman. 
Your nursery is beautiful! I wanted wallpaper almost identical to yours but couldnt get the husband on board.
