Belly hardens when running
The headline really says it all, mamas. Have any other fit mamas experienced it? About half way into my jogs, my belly gets so hard. I keep forgetting to ask my OB, but in general she said I'm still ok to run and lift etc. It's not painful, just awkward and heavier. Idk of it's the muscles around baby tightening or what?
Any insight?
