Upset just needing to vent.

I'm pretty upset because I'm usually like 2-3 weeks late on my period and I'm at 11 or 12 dpo, honestly not sure what dpo, and just started spotting.. I forsure thought I was pregnant this time. I just feel different this cycle.. but I guess it was all in my head.. we've been trying to conceive for 3 years now and it gets more and more heartbreaking everytime I see a negative test or start af..
