Airplane/traveling advice

Anybody that’s been on a plane.

What are some tips that I should here, do’s and things I should and shouldn’t do. Also what all identification do I need? All I have is a permit but I mean it is an ID.🤷🏻‍♀️ Also what type of sleeping medicine can I bring because I’m really trying to knock myself out, I’ve never ridden on a plane and I’m freaking terrified. Also how do you avoid your ears popping?
