BFP a month after miscarriage?

I got pregnant in June on our first try but miscarried on July 5th. I got this positive this morning on the Clearblue Digital. I called my doctor and they’re not even sure they’re going to let me come in for a blood test because “it could be left over from the miscarriage”. I had zero symptoms of pregnancy right after the miscarriage and now I’ve had most all pregnancy symptoms. Do you think this is leftover hormones or new pregnancy?

I miscarried at 6/7 weeks mid March 2020 and had another positive test by 25th April 2020 new pregnancy so it could be possible I’m now almost 20 weeks with the 2bd pregnancy

How far along were you? I miscarried at 9 weeks on July 12 but baby was only measuring 6 weeks. I had a negative pregnancy test by July 30th. So I would say it could be possible!
