Good Morning and happy Wednesday. The week is halfway over, getting closer to the weekend🥳

I want to talk about your past today. Is that what is holding you back from allowing God to work in your life?

Today’s verse is 2 Corinthians 5:17:

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a NEW creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.-

When you accept Christ and are baptized in his name, your past is forgotten because it has been covered by Jesus’ blood! How amazing! He is willing to look past those faults. Do we still need to repent and ask for forgiveness? Yes. But those chains of your past have been broken. His grace has set us free from it all because he loves us and wants to be with us. My challenge for you today is to listen to the song Chainbreaker by Zach Williams. The enemy wants to keep pulling us into the shadows of our past because he thinks that it will consume us. But we know won’t because Jesus’s blood has washed us clean. Our past is forgiven and forgotten. Our eyes should be on our future with him. Your chains are gone and you have been set free.

I pray that you will accept Jesus and allow him to clean you. Remove every stain of sin as you move forward in your journey with him.
