How many ultrasounds did you have? I’m 14 weeks and haven’t gotten one since week 6. Not scheduled for another one for another 3 weeks. How many ultrasounds are considered normal?

i’m in Southern California, got one at 9 weeks, 11.5 weeks, and going in for 16 weeks and again at 19 weeks. but we went to private ultrasound as well just so my husband can be there.

We have 2 in Canada, first trimester and 2nd. If they have concerns about baby’s size you will get another late in the third trimester.

With my first I got only 1 at the anatomy scan. With my second I got one at every visit because it was considered a medium risk pregnancy. That’s what seems to be happening with this one as well.

I have extremely good insurance so I had 3 scheduled just for the first trimester but I live far from my OB so she broke it down to only 2 on at 9 weeks and one at 14 weeks I know I have more scheduled just not sure when

I got a 6 week and will get a 20 week. That’s it, unless there is complications.

I got 4 in where I live. One of them was our first visit at 7 weeks, the other one was for blood test at 9 weeks, we changed our doctor at 9 weeks and the other one was with the new doctor at 10 weeks and the last one was for the chromosome tests at 11 weeks. Our doctor scheduled us a new appointment for around 14 weeks but I don't know why.

My dr does 3. One at 6 weeks, one at 20 weeks, and one at 36 weeks. I can choose to do more if I want, it’s just not covered by insurance.

I’ve gotten 4 so far and I’m almost 12 weeks. But I have a history of miscarriages so I’m being watched closely. My OB is also a Reproductive Endocrinologist so I went to him for my infertility testing and then stayed with him when I got pregnant.
