How long did the 3-4 sleep regression last for you?

Just curious how long did the 3-4 month sleep regression last for everyone? It’s killing me and seems to be only getting worse. I’m going on 4 weeks of it and was hoping maybe I was nearing the end lol

I’d say every regression my daughter had was about 2-6 weeks long. When she was under one, she got through her regressions faster. She had one at 2 years and that took 6 weeks.

I would get the wonder week app if you haven’t. Sadly, there’s more than one sleep regression. The first year is basically sleep regression after sleep regression and then comes teething 😅
