Pregnancy tumor?

I have something called a pregnancy tumor, or pyogenic granuloma, on my tongue that's been growing like crazy. Specialist won't cut it off until October, after baby, because it's hormone related and probably won't stop bleeding. It would likely land me in hospital. Apparently it's quite rare, especially on the tongue. Anyone ever had one or knows someone?

I now talk with a lisp, have to be careful not to eat spicy or crunchy foods, and have to just get used to the taste of blood in my mouth 🤷 Because growing a baby isn't hard enough right?!

On a positive note... I'm so glad my sisters talked me into a maternity shoot! We went back to the same park as our wedding pictures.
