Current wake window before bed?
I'm having a lot of sleep challenges lately, I know some sleep training is in my future. The worst right now is bedtime though, I can't seem to find the right wake window to get him down easily. Naps I'm doing 2.5/3 and those seem pretty good. Bedtime I aim for 4 hours usually but I've also tried 3.5 and 4.5 and he never seems the right amount of tired. Ugh.
