Sleeping for 3.5 week old ?

How long does your babe sleep between feedings ? do you wake them to play or what? i feel like my girl sleeps until she’s ready to eat.

Once my baby had hit birthweight and then some, I stopped waking her. She is now 5weeks and she’s doing 6hr stretches followed by 2-3 hrs. I feel comfortable with it since her weight gain has been good, up 2.5 pounds in 5 weeks

Mine is 5 weeks today. I was letting her sleep up to 4 hrs before waking her to feed but as she got older and started needing less sleep, she started staying awake longer at night. Now I wake her every 2-2.5hrs to feed and change her diaper so she doesn’t stay awake for longer than an hour in the middle of the night. 
No one has a manual, so do what you feel comfortable with. As long as she’s gaining weight and eating fine when she is awake then I’d say you are doing perfect.
