4 week growth spurt anyone?

How can you confirm a growth spurt? I feel so confused and overwhelmed.

My daughter has been more fussy the last few days and has been eating every 1/1.5 hours during the day. She is 4 weeks old today. Yesterday she got so fussy around 6pm and it got worse and worse. She screamed until almost 11 pm and of course I was in the middle of cooking a high maintenance dinner.. lol

I just got confused because I normally have a oversupply and heavy letdown. Well she ate at 6:30 and she would cry and nurse at the same time. (I hate when we have nursing sessions like this). Then at 8, I nursed her for 20 minutes and she would hit and kick and cry and pull my nipple back and I could see milk coming out of her mouth so I don’t think I was empty and finally I just tried to burp her. She still cried. So I gave her 1.5 oz in a bottle that I just got from the haakaa on the opposite side. She acted like she was starving. Then that bought my like 10 minutes. So then I was like well maybe my let down was just too much so I got out the pump and pumped each boob for 8-10 mins. The right boob that I recently nursed with I got 1 oz and the left boob, I got 1.5 oz. so then I was confused because I’m usually so full. So now I feel like maybe my supply is regulating? I haven’t been leaking as much or hurting as bad. If I regulated, is she mad she’s no longer drowning in milk? The day before I tried to nurse sitting up in public and she kept choking on the letdown so could it really regulate that suddenly?? Did I have less milk because she’s eating so much more? I seriously can’t stand when she cries when she nurses. I don’t know what to do when that happens
