Thought I had my period but tested and got a positive pregnancy test

Hi guys,

Has anyone else had this experience and what could it mean!?

I had sex on ovulation day but then a week later got what I thought was my period. Was heavy like my period so thought nothing of it. However literally 11 days after that I noticed very small amounts of pinkish/ brown dishcharge when I’d go to the toilet and it hasn’t gotten any heavier. Just very small amounts for 2 days now so I thought that was very odd as this isn’t normal for my cycle. So I just thought to do a pregnancy test thinking that it would be negative but it’s come back positive?? Iv done 3 more tests and all come back positive. Does this mean I’m pregnant? So confused
