My doctor wants to induce my period but I’m not sure that i want to. What do i do?

So I took plan b and I took an at home pregnancy test because I was 3 weeks late and it came back negative. But I went to my doctor anyway just to be sure, she did a blood test — came back negative.

She now wants for me to take some medication for 5 days so that my period comes.

Should I tell her I want it to come naturally, or should I just take it????

I’m kinda of worried because I feel like the side effects would suck and the prescription is unnecessary. But i have never been in this situation so I’m looking for guidance from some of you ladies pls!
