11 month old crying over EVERYTHING !??

He cries over everything, it’s almost insane. I can’t go into the living room with him anymore because he climbs the couch and tries to get on the coffee table, when I don’t let him he starts screaming as though I just hit him, there’s no stopping point and he will just scream the whole time we’re there until I let him go up. He just learned how to climb so maybe that’s why?

If I move him away from something dangerous it’s the same thing,he will flail on the floor and throw a tantrum over the tiniest things. This is all very recent, is it normal for this age? I’m not exaggerating when I say his day consists of screaming at me 80% of the time. If I ignore him he will eventually play on his own but start crying if I even look at him or try to talk to him, he also hits or pinches me when he’s mad. Wth
