Told my MIL about my pregnancy

My fiancé and I decided to do something nice for his mom to surprise her. So we got her a card to tell her she’s going to be a grandmother and a mug that says grandma on it. So she wouldn’t open it while we were there but we kept on telling her to open it after we left. So she finally opens it and texts my fiancé “if she’s really pregnant make sure she eats healthy foods and takes her prenatals” 🙃🙃 no congrats. No oh my gosh my first grand child. Seems like she doesn’t believe I’m pregnant. At this point my fiancé says he doesn’t believe his family is going to be involved which is extremely sad.

And I haven’t told my parents yet and at this point I don’t really wanna tell them after the way that went.
