Buying a new home

My fiancé and I are expecting a baby in March of 2021. We currently live in the city with a roommate that drives me crazy. This roommate doesn’t treat me with an ounce of respect. He leaves dishes for me & the kitchen in an absolute mess. He uses our towels and then puts them in my laundry basket for me to clean. He is severely allergic to cats (we have two) and yes, he knew we had them when we moved in, and he always leaves the door open (they are indoor) he yells at me because they squeeze into his room. ANYWAYS we found a gorgeous townhouse for 300 thousand and I can’t wait to move. But we are waiting on the mortgage broker to hear about if we need a co-signer or not. I just cannot wait to move, and I want to move now.
