Is the human brain designed to hate the sound of a baby crying?

So I have never had any children but I been around crying babies. There is something about the sound of a baby crying that makes me want to rip my hair out. It’s kinda like a scratching a chalkboard reaction to it. Don’t get me wrong I love babies but the crying not so much.

This had me wondering if this is a natural human reaction to hate the sound of a crying baby. Kinda like a instinct to do whatever you can do make the baby happy and stop crying. A instinct to need to give your baby attention, affection, or feed, or change your baby?
