What’s wrong with me?

Every time I’ve had any kind of experience *down there* I never end up cumming or releasing or whatever. Like I get to the point where my whole body shakes and it feels really good but I never get the release I’m looking for. I can usually make myself get to this feeling 3-4 times in 20 minutes but I cant cum or squirt or anything like that. I don’t really even get that wet either but I still feel really turned on. I’m always drinking water and am hydrated and everything. Even when I had a partner this same thing would happen and once I start shaking and stuff after feeling insanely good it just like goes away or if I keep rubbing it doesn’t feel like anything.
