There is currently an IUD residing in my uterus so no pregnancies are gonna happen soon. Over the years his family has begged us for nieces or nephews and grandkids. That was annoying at first because we were so young (I was literally 18) and we are still young at 24 and 27 but no babies have been in the family for years and they’re all getting older and we are the most stable couple so that meant we were hounded with “when are you gonna get pregnant.” “We need some grandkids around here.” And “you should look for a car big enough to haul our grandbabies around.”

So me being me, I flat out told everyone to stop asking for babies from us. I told everyone we plan on it in around 5 years and that was the end of that. They just accepted it lol, like okay we will wait.

But last nights dream was fun, I enjoyed feeling the baby kick because it was HIS baby. There was something special about that. In the dream I announced the pregnancy by just walking in and lifting my shirt to show a big pregnant belly. His family freaked out in a good way and I went around letting everyone feel my belly and we threw a baby shower but the thing I loved the most was the fake baby kicking around in me and I woke up so, so very sad that there’s no baby in me lol.

Just an IUD, that’s not going anywhere until it expires. Lmfao

I do check my strings like every other day bc im so paranoid about that and I am currently on my period

Why are people seemingly upset by this? As if it’s wrong of me to talk about being on birth control and waiting to have kids and dreaming about being pregnant. If I had a baby everytime I dreamed about being pregnant, I would have like 50 kids right now. This dream was just especially vivid wth the baby kicks and celebrating with his family
