Advice ?

I’m 30 weeks 5days and I’m passing aload of discharge so much I feel like I have pissed myself and my underwear is soaked I had to put on a pad but now I’m getting back ache and crampy feeling in my stomach along with nausea I wouldn’t be going into early labour would I or is this normal I’m a first time mum so I don’t really know what to look out for I do feel a bit of pressure down there
