Runner mamas - help a girl out πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

I'm currently 6w 3d into my first pregnancy, and really struggling to keep up with exercise due to being tired ALL OF THE TIME...starting to experience nausea too 🀒

Before I was pregnant (and the weeks before I found out), I was running 15-20 miles per week, and now I'm struggling to get in even a few miles a week. I know I need to slow down and listen to my body, but running is the one thing that keeps me in shape and that I love.

Any other runner mamas out there that can share their experience? Does this get easier in the 2nd trimester? How often did you run (or crosstrain) during your pregnancy and what advice can you give?

Trying to hit 40 miles over the span of all of August, and I'm not even sure if I'll reach that 😏
