How many prunes should I eat?? constipation

I havent went #2 in over a week now.. im 19 weeks pregnant and Im miserable. I bought prunes as a last resort I ate 4 and its been 4 hours and still nothing. Should I eat more? Im at a loss!

Miralax did the trick for me. Prune juice I feel helps me more. Since it goes down easier than eating them.

My Dr said mirax helps and it totally did but only take as directed and only once a day.

I went 5 days without going and I was miserable. During that 5 days I was eating prunes, taking colace and miralax and drinking prune juice.. I ended up needing to take milk of magnesia which is what solved my problem finally! 😬
