Hi all! I am nursing my babe, who’s going to be 11 months on the 21st. I nursed my older son (now 3.5) until he was 2 and remember him nursing at least 4x until 1 and then 3x until 2, then I weaned him. I remember struggling with him getting distracted but not on the level I am with my younger son. He doesn’t seem to take a full feed but maybe 2-3x during the day (I feel let down) and 1-2x in the night. Is that enough? He’s also getting a full breakfast, small lunch, and full dinner. Sometimes a snack or two because he literally will scream until I give him one is brother is eating one. And in general seems much more interested in food. I’ve had many distracted nursing sessions myself dealing with my older son or being on the go as I’m a single mom, so I feel really guilty about it like maybe I’ve made it a less comforting thing but not being able to be super nurturing as much as I’d prefer? Or is this just the age?
