So sick and sore stomach🤢

I’m 7 weeks pregnant today (after 3 miscarriages) and I am constantly feeling sick. It started a week ago and it’s been so bad to the point I can’t work or do anything. My doctor prescribed me bonjesta and I started that two days ago but since yesterday I’ve had a horrible stomach ache. My stomach is literally SO sore and I don’t know why. I threw up my lunch yesterday and couldn’t eat dinner last night so I don’t have much in my system. I keep going to the bathroom but not much comes out. Is this a stomach bug or from the pregnancy? I’m so confused. I am able to drink water and keep it down now so I know that’s good sign. I’m just freaking myself out and I don’t go to the doctor for another week. Anyone have similar issues?
