Marks on face

So I’ve had extremely awful morning sickness and I’ve noticed that a lot of times after puking I’d look in the mirror and it looked like somewhat of a rash on my face. Out of nowhere. Turns out that its bursted blood vessels from the strain of my puking. So now my face constantly has weird marks on it from the busted blood vessels.

Anyone else experience this?
