So worried

Ladies I’m 5+4 weeks pregnant and I had some bleeding today no clots it was brown then red back to brown but only when I wiped sorry TMI I’ve never been so worried clearblue test still very positive, I know that probably won’t tell me much 🤦‍♀️😔 I have my 6 week scan tomorrow and just don’t want to see the scan for more bad news. I have been really busy with days out and stuff, so now just trying to rest. I just hope it has a good outcome 😢😢 wasn’t sure where to post xx
