Long periods after Depo shot

I got on the depo shot in April of 2018 I stopped taking it right at my years mark in 2019 and didn’t get a period until March 2020 the first two were normal bleeding and lasted five days but in May I missed it by 7 days but no pregnancy it came on on the seventh day in June I had it twice the first time for 5 days the second time for 14 days in July I had it twice once for 5 and the last time which I’m currently still on has been 24 days long 😭 any help or advice I can’t get into a doctors appointment right now because of Covid they only want to take people if it’s a real emergency and y’all I hate this does anyone else have any stories or advice for this after coming off of depo provera?? Help
