7 months Post C-section pregnant again!

Super nervous I have a 4 kids and just found out I’m pregnant! I just had my last daughter 7 months ago! This is completely unexpected! In fact I never received my period because I was nursing my daughter. I took a test because my husband said he was having weird cravings! I have tender breasts but chalked it up to breastfeeding and my stomach is sore I chalked it up to my recent work outs to get my body back.. i took the test yesterday morning and couldn’t find any words other then “what the... F!!!” I don’t know what to do!!! I’m excited but so in shock!!
