Help!

My boyfriend and I broke up about two weeks ago. He’s been on my phone plan for about dec 2019. I gave him the phone for christmas. I want it back because after all he put me through and I’m paying all this and we not together no more he doesn’t work etc! How can I get the phone back ?! It’s under contract ! Or get a new phone to turn that one off
