Can someone help plz

I got my period July 26-28th & then I lost 4 of my birth control pills so I had to start a new pack while I was on my period still. seven days after my period I started getting brown discharge, & I’ve had it for 10 days now. I get my period in like a week or so but I just don’t understand why I’m spotting for this long. It stopped one day & my boyfriend & I had sex but then I was bleeding when we did it but after it was just brown discharge. I read online that sex can make spotting worse. I just don’t wanna go to gyno rn bc of corona & I baby sit everyday. Can someone give me any advice on what it might be ?
