Processing everything

This cycle was the HARDEST one. Every visit I went back to my fertility clinic they told me my follicles were small and I needed more medicine. Happened 3 times.. finally I had one good follicle 15mm.. still needed work but it was there growing. 3 days later I went back to the clinic and they said it had ruptured... I was surprised because I didn’t need my HCG trigger shot... well July 14th I got my first positive pregnancy test.. the next week I go back and get an ultrasound.. i see the gestational sac... 7/21/20 I’m excited still can’t believe it. Wednesday I got my 2nd ultrasound and IM HAVING TWINS!!!!! Im still trying to process everything lol.. the dr said I’m measuring 6 weeks and there wasn’t heartbeats yet... trying not to worry myself. I go back Thursday

and I’m just hoping they’re growing..
