Do you think waiting 12 weeks to tell your husband you’re pregnant is too long?

Backstory: I have miscarried 3 times in the last 3 years. 
Feb 2017 missed miscarriage and d&c at 11 weeks
Aug 2019 6 weeks 
Dec 2019 chemical 
With the chemical my husband said “well at least this time you weren’t really pregnant.” Let me clarify, he is an amazing supportive husband 99% of the time. He was just really insensitive there without meaning to be. 
I found out a couple days ago in pregnant again but it’s still so early. I am considering waiting until 12 weeks to tell him. Anyone else wait this long?

I always told my fiancé as soon as I knew or waited till he got home from work that day, we’re a team. He needs to know what’s going on with me and we’re in it together, I didn’t get pregnant on my own lol I will add we’ve had many miscarriages and chemical pregnancies, and he’s never said anything insensitive. Every pregnancy he’d always try to fill me with so much hope and when we’d have losses we’d go through them together.

I don’t think I could have hid it that long. I’ve been exhausted and nauseous. I think my husband would be pretty upset if I waited to tell him that long. I told him legit 30 seconds after peeing on a stick 😂😂

Update: I decided to tell my husband last weekend because at 6 weeks I could hide the nausea anymore! I was also able to get an earlier ultrasound appointment and go in tomorrow. 
Sorry for the TMI. Today I’ve been passing some brown tissue and am so worried it’s another miscarriage. Anyone else have anything like this and have a healthy pregnancy?

Tell him sooner because you will probably have an ultrasound before 12 weeks. I think he has the right to be there. If this pregnancy sticks, he missed the first chance to ever see his child. You can never get that back...

I’m telling mine solely for the support if something were to happen. My husband is not always the best when it comes to that type of stuff but his efforts are better than going at it alone.

I personally would tell sooner I just found I was pregnant this morning and had miscarried June 16, 2020. My partner was super... nervous. And kind of standoffish at first because the miscarriage hurt us both so bad so part of me was thinking man I shouldn’t have told him cause what if the test was wrong or I miscarry again? But I am glad to have his support. And with him knowing it will soften the blow if something bad happens

I would tell my husband pretty much immediately.
Waiting to tell anyone else is understandable. But I think sharing that sort of thing with your husband is important. Understandably you may be worried about miscarriage, but even if you're worried about the pregnancy not being successful, that is something to go through as a couple, not on your own.
I would tell other people at like 14 weeks. Or later if you can hide the bump. Just to be safe. But like I said, I'd tell my man immediately.

I had a missed miscarriage at 11 weeks in February 2020 & a chemical in May 2020, currently trying again & i’m honestly in the same boat as you are. Don’t really want to tell my husband until i’m at least 12 weeks since last time his reply when i showed him the test was just “i dont want to get my hopes up”. That hurt, & i can feel where he’s coming from but sometimes men don’t say things with a bad intention. So i think i will wait the 12 weeks to tell him.

I had almost the same miscarriage pattern. Except after the third one, I got pregnant again the next month! I kept it to myself for a couple of days and then told him. His response: "not again!" Lol. To be fair, that was my response too. I'm almost 16 weeks now with a healthy baby girl. This doesn't really answer your question! You do what you need to do. I would have needed support again if something had gone wrong. Baby dist to you!

It's also his child and although this is your body, I think he deserves to be in it from the beginning. Also you'll need his support once morning sickness kicks in. I also don't think it will be very good for your relationship with your husband if you kept it a secret for this long. He'll probably feel betrayed and he'd be entitled to!
