Guys! What can I do?

So I’m not proud of this - but my diet since finding out I’m pregnant has been less than ideal. My morning sickness is more like all day queasiness which lasts all day long - and I usually vomit around 5pm. After which, I rarely can stomach dinner. So basically all I’m getting is what I eat for lunch, which comes up a few hours later.

The things I can tolerate to eat vary - sometimes I can get a smoothie in, and today it was sweet potato sushi, but usually the only thing I can stomach is carbs (toast, cheese and crackers, salty plain chips)

I take my prenatal once a day plus a calcium supplement when I can stomach it. Anyone else having an aversion to most healthy foods? I’m also so exhausted I have no exercised once. 😫😫😫
