Glucose Test

Hiya ladies, tomorrow is my glucose test and I was wondering what I was able to eat before I do the test. My OB said I am allowed to eat but she did not tell me what I can eat.. any suggestions.? I was thinking some string cheese and maybe wheat bread with white cheese, tomatoes, mayo and ham.. can you guys help me.?
