My pms doesn't end when my period starts.
So it seems like everything online talks about how women get relief from PMS when their period starts. I don't I have always had food cravings, headaches, fatigue and EXTREME irritability and sadness sometimes even a day after bleeding finally stops. Anyone else? I also wonder if I have PMDD. Which seems like severe pms. It's day three of my period and I feel like everyone is stupid and I should tell them that. Please help me lol
