Any advice on intermittent fasting?

This option has been recommended to me by my Dr, and I was wondering if anyone had experience or success and they'd like to share?

i lost like 27 lbs in 2.5 months doing alternate day fasting. i still drink my coffee black. i binge watched youtube videos on fasting and alternate day fasting. start with rachel sharp’s two most viral videos. the first 24 hours are the hardest. (i jumped right into 36 hour fasts, working my way up to 40 and then 48, my longest being 64)

Join intermittent fasting lifestyle on fb. I have done it and was pleased with how I felt. Unfortunately I fell off and Haven’t been dedicated enough to get back on. Research, find a schedule that works for you. Another person to follow is sumayakazi on Instagram. She’s been on a few tv shows about it.
