Thanks everyone! I went back to sleep incase it was the real thing so id have as much rest as possible. With my first I ended up exhausted lol. But i've woken up to nothing 😞

Looks like it might have started. However, I would phone l&d and talk to them instead of going in to get checked. They would be able to instruct you over the phone of what to do and when to come in. Good luck!

I would say, that labor, but wait a bit more. It only starts to get regular. If ftm, contractions should have lasted regularily fo at least an hour, and yours still have some longer intervals there. But if they all are about 3-5 minutes apart for an hour, then it is probably time.
You can always go get checked, but they might send you back, depending how far tou live from hospital.
