I need help!!!

Okay so my period has been irregular since June and would come two days late since June I lost my virginity In March so I knew it wasn’t that and I can feel the period pains but this time I’m five days late and we had sex a week ago but we didn’t get to finish because we got interrupted and I was scared at first but I still feel the pain but there’s no period I don’t know what to do
