Need to vent my anxiety

I’m terrified of getting Covid. I’m obese BMI of 41. ( no other conditions) and I’ve read that being obese puts me at risk for being hospitalized. I feel a tingle in my throat, and I’m nervous it’s something scary. I’m just super nervous and need to vent
