Pregnancy with PID?

Hey guys, three years ago I went to the er to find out that I had PID due to a long untreated case of chlamydia. I had always had ovarian cysts so I figured that was the issue. Anyways...all that aside my doctor told me that there was a pretty decent chance that my long run with chlamydia could very well leave me infertile. I didn't think much of it at the time because I was young and dumb. However now I am happily married and ready to start a family...has anyone went through this? Has anyone had a baby after being diagnosed with PID?
