Should I take the risk ?

I recently turned 20 and I feel like it’s time for a change in my life. I have never dyed my hair so I have “virgin hair”. I was just wondering if getting something similar to the pictures below would be hard to maintain? And if so what can I do to prevent my hair from damaging? I also don’t want to touch my roots seeing as if I don’t like this I can always start over.

I love the second picture. And it wont be hard to maintain. Just buy the proper shampoo.

Putting any bleach on your hair will cause some damage, as long as it’s professionally done though, it should be minimal. Balyage is super easy to maintain because you don’t get the roots like you do when it’s full color or highlights. Hair grows back, I say do it! I had blond hair when I was younger but it’s gotten darker in my old age lol. I had balyage done last time because I was tired of the roots. Just make sure you use a good conditioner and some type of leave in. I love It’s a 10.
