I’m scared I’m pregnant

I had my period a week ago and I haven’t done ANYTHING since but my stomach is randomly hurting so badly snd I wake up in the middle of the night because I’m in so much pain. My pad was full of blood during the first 3 days and I stopped for a day then bled a little. Should I worry about pregnancy? And I’m still a virgin ive only been fingered and stuff like that but I did have my period.
